Microsoft Forecaster 7.0, while typically used for revenue and expense budgeting, can also be used for balance sheet and cash flow budgeting. In setting up the necessary input screens and reports, numerous calculations are required in order to properly tie the balance sheet accounts together with the income statement accounts.
