Steps:
1. On the problem workstation(s) browse to the location where Microsoft FRx
has been installed.
2. Locate the FRxReg.exe file located in the root FRx directory where the
executables reside for FRx Reporter.
3. Double-click on the FRxReg.exe file.
A command window will open and then close.
4. Attempt to print/view the report again.
