Training Class Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation Policy

A 100% Refund is available for cancellations made 15 or more days prior to the start of the scheduled class.
A 50% Refund is available for cancellations made 14 to 8 days prior to the start of the scheduled class.
No Refund is available for cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the start of the scheduled class.

There is no charge for rescheduled a class if arrangements are made 15 or more days prior to the start of the originally scheduled class.
There is a 50% charge for rescheduling a class if arrangements are made 14 or less days prior to the start of the originally scheduled class.

To cancel or reschedule a class you must contact MSX Group directly at Training@MSXGroup.com or call (404) 537-7349.
Substitutions for enrolled registrants may be made at any time at no charge. MSX Group must be notified of any substitutions.
If you fail to attend the training class and do not notify MSX Group in advance of the training class, your entire fee will be forfeited.
MSX Group reserves the right to cancel training classes. Registrants will be notified accordingly.
The booking of discounted airline flights subject to excess penalties in the event of cancellation is not recommended. We typically make the decision to cancel a class 14 days prior to the class date.
MSX Group is not liable for airfare, hotel reservations or any cancellation penalties, due to the cancellation of a training class.
